Steel structure projects often face challenges such as cumbersome component selection, conflicts between waterproofing and daylighting, adaptation to highly corrosive coastal environments, and wind resistance in typhoon-prone areas. Shanghai Junqin Building Materials, backed by a comprehensive product portfolio, offers end-to-end one-stop services covering selection, matching, technical guidance, and after-sales support.

Business Application Scenarios

Our services span industrial plants, logistics warehouses, sports venues, airport terminals, commercial complexes, agricultural greenhouses, and prefabricated buildings. We have successfully implemented projects ranging from small 1,000㎡ warehouses to large 100,000㎡ industrial clusters; our overseas markets include Vietnam, Malaysia, Mexico, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Typical Scenario Solutions

For highly corrosive coastal areas and chemical plant sites, we provide complete solutions tailored to different corrosion classes C1–C5, in accordance with ISO 12944 standards: 316 stainless steel fasteners, enhanced anti-corrosion coatings, typhoon-resistant washers, and high weather-resistant waterproofing systems. We boast hundreds of successful cases in coastal chemical projects.

For large-span venues (such as stadiums and airports) that require both daylighting and waterproofing, we employ a combined solution of translucent panels, Detai waterproof caps, and butyl sealant. Translucent panels are available in two grades: super weather-resistant and first-class flame-retardant. The super weather-resistant version resists UV-induced aging for over 15 years without yellowing or cracking, while the flame-retardant version meets GB 8624‑2012 B1 fire-retardant certification. Custom fabrication of translucent panels is provided, with Detai caps sealing joint locations and butyl tape used for secondary sealing at overlaps, ensuring natural daylighting and leak-proof performance for up to 25 years.

In regions frequently hit by typhoons, we equip structures with ROOF‑LOK typhoon-resistant washers, achieving a wind resistance rating of Level 17 and passing the stringent Miami‑Dade certification in the United States. This makes them ideal for industrial buildings subjected to wind pressures ≥1.5 kPa, as well as coastal areas prone to frequent typhoons.

Service Process

Customers provide project drawings and technical specifications (roof area, purlin spacing, wind resistance level, insulation requirements). Junqin delivers a Bill of Materials and quotation within 24 hours. After mutual confirmation, a contract is signed. For large-scale projects, online solution presentations can be arranged. During project execution, on-site construction guidance is provided at key nodes. In case of quality issues, we respond within 48 hours; for non-human-caused damage, we offer on-site inspections and issue detailed problem analysis reports.
