Project Background: The Wuhan Industrial Park is Gree Electric’s fifth domestic production base, following Zhuhai, Chongqing, Hefei, and Zhengzhou, and also its eighth global production base.
The Wuhan Gree Electric project is located in the southwest of Wuhan, on the banks of the Yangtze River. The area features a subtropical humid monsoon climate, with abundant rainfall, ample heat, a long frost-free period, and distinct seasons. Against the backdrop of noticeable climate change, mechanical manufacturing plants have stringent requirements for the corrosion resistance of screws and the waterproofing of roof joints.
Project Features:

3: Large-scale smoke-exhausting skylights and light-transmitting canopies are strategically arranged to enhance natural lighting and ventilation, meeting energy-saving design standards.
4: Tiaoxing Detai®’s outstanding elasticity and ductility effectively protect against displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction at the junction between skylight bases and roof panels, thereby reducing the risk of leaks.
5: BiaoDi® screws equipped with Teks drill bits ensure rapid drilling speed and strong penetration, facilitating installation. The screws’ hardness is maintained within the range of 320–400 HV10; compared to other brands, this higher hardness enhances toughness, preventing brittle fracture after installation due to stress. Additionally, the exceptional Climaseal® coating provides superior corrosion resistance, effectively guarding against rust.
